The 18-hole, par 72 championship course features 7.479 yards of relaxed, uninterrupted golf against a backdrop of breathtaking vistas and scenic water features with the highest slope rating of any championship level course. No interior roads cross the layout and only a few rooflines of homes in The Concession’s community are visible. Challenge is amply provided by the course’s high slope rating and by ball-grabbing sand traps.
A fitting complement to the course is a 23-acre wide practice area featuring a 10,000-square-foot putting green and a 14,000-square-foot chipping green. Further, the practice area has a double-sided driving range for golfers to perfect their skills before taking on the golf course’s challenge. The Concession Real Estate
