Seagrove

Seagrove

Whenever Siesta Key is mentioned, it is very difficult to not mention its immaculate beaches. This barrier island may only be a few minutes away from Sarasota, but visitors always feel as if they have been transported to the Caribbean because of the island’s undeniable beauty. Siesta Key is the perfect place to spend summer or winter vacations. But because of its accessibility, Siesta Key is also a great place to permanently reside in.

As part of Sarasota, Siesta Key was able to make it to the 2000 and 2001 list of “Top 20 Best Places to Live and Work”. The Employment Review decided to include Sarasota to its America’s Best Places to Live and Work for those particular years after comparing the city’s population, cost of living, job opportunities and unemployment rates with that of 300 other cities.

Siesta Key’s three beaches are equally exquisite but each one has something distinct to offer to visitors. The most popular of the three would have to be Siesta Key Public Beach. This main beach is packed with so many amenities starting with public restrooms and concession stands to gazebos and lighted tennis courts. A lifeguard is also on duty the entire year.

Each unit comes with a foyer and a two-car garage. These Siesta Key condos for sale have a rental minimum of three months.
